To help you save time, here are some answers to questions we normally hear during initial consultations:
What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction matters. Each individual content asset created has two revision rounds included.
Given the creative nature of the work we do, the unique qualities of each client’s requirements, and the included complimentary revision rounds, we don’t typically provide refunds. Thankfully, our genuine care for our clients means we work hard to make sure your deliverables are exactly what you’ve requested.
If, after exhausting complimentary revisions, you’re unhappy with the results, you may purchase one additional revision round at $40/hour, paid in advance.
If, after your paid revision, you’re still truly unhappy, we will refund the total hourly rate payment. We charge an hourly rate for the third revision to ensure we have exhausted all avenues and to protect the time we’ve already dedicated to your content asset.
Please note: While we offer two complimentary revisions for all assets, these revisions are nullified if a client fails to review an asset by its review deadline.
When will I receive the content I ordered?
After purchasing a package, you’ll receive an email with a form for you to provide your order details. Our creation of your content (and deadlines for delivery) begins after we receive this form.
Since you can use your credits as you choose, you can also order as you choose.
For instance, if you purchase the Savvy Pro: Elite package, you have 20,000 credits. On this form, you can provide instructions for how you’d like all of your credits allocated (blog posts, webpages, graphic designs, etc.), or you can allocate as you go.
When you send us your form, we’ll create and send you a content calendar with your requested projects, the dates you can expect to receive each deliverable, and the dates by which you must review each asset (10 days after receipt).
Note: Please, do not miss your review deadline.
While we offer two complimentary revisions for all assets, these revisions are nullified if a client fails to review an asset by its review deadline.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. For every referral you send to Street Savvy SEO (ask them to say who sent them), you’ll earn up to 1,000 credits on your next package purchase. If your referral becomes a paid client, we’ll add 1,000 credits to your current package and provide 50% off your next package purchase.

How do I upgrade my package?
At Street Savvy SEO, there are no subscriptions.
I know what it feels like to forget to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, or to just plain forget I even have a certain subscription. Those unrecognized credit card charges are never fun!
Here you’re never locked into a package beyond what you’ve already purchased. Plus, your unused credits never expire.
When you’ve exhausted your credits, you can scale up or down, stay with your current package, take a break—it’s all up to you.
